Always remember the way we treat others demonstrates how we would like to be treated. So be kind gentle and compassionate.
Often times our attitudes sometimes can have people thinking we are mean and horrible when we are not. And that happens because people go by the emotions, attitude and energy we give. Let us really work hard on showing a kind and sweet spirit so that we can receive that same energy back. And remember when we are “Critical of ourselves we will be Critical of others.”
So first start by being kind to yourself.
Embrace and Love all of your faults, blemishes, and short comings. Once you have identified them and accept them then you can look at others with the same imperfections with understanding and show them love also.
